Please visit the Box Office to pick up Will Call orders, for wristband assistance, or to upgrade tickets (if available), or to receive support for tickets purchased through the Ticketmaster Verified Ticket Exchange.
A government-issued ID is required to verify your order and pick up tickets.
The Shaky Knees Box Office is located next to the Piedmont Park Community Center at 12th Street and Piedmont Avenue.

- Friday, September 19, 2025: 12pm - 9:30pm
- Saturday, September 20, 2025: 10am - 9:30pm
- Sunday, September 21, 2025: 10am - 9pm
For those arriving via the Beltline, Will Call is also available at the North/Park Drive entrance through 9PM each night.
*All Tattoo Will Call tickets must be picked up at the Main Box Office at 12th street.
