As a VIP guest, you have special access to some of the best amenities in the park. We've put together this Welcome Guide to help you make the most of your weekend. How to Dress & What to Bring
Dress for comfort and be sure to check the weather forecast before you head out the door. The festival grounds are a combination of paved surfaces, gravel and grass, so choose your footwear accordingly. We recommend a hat and sunglasses, along with your non-aerosol sunscreen, but if you forget anything, the Festival Store has lots of great merchandise offerings!

VIP Wristbands
Will-Call: If your wristbands were not mailed to you and are at Will Call, you can pick them up at the Festival Box Office. A government-issued ID is required to verify your order and pick up tickets.

Wristband Activation
Wristband activation ensures a smooth process when entering the festival each day and allows you to add emergency contact information to your wristband. All you need to do is enter your wristband ID number (located on the inside of your wristband) and contact info to activate.
Location and Gate Hours
Insider Tip: Use the Charles & 10th Street Entrance to enter the festival closest to your VIP Lounge. You are welcome to enter the festival using any entrance, but this entrance is the shortest distance to walk to the VIP Lounge at Peachtree Stage.
VIP at Peachtree Stage
The VIP Lounge at Peachtree is located on the RIGHT side of Peachtree Stage if you are looking at it. Look for the VIP entry just inside the 10th Street entrance into the festival, to your right as you enter. The Peachtree VIP Lounge includes all of the following:
- VIP Bar — Enjoy complimentary beer (no substitutions), water, soda, and energy drinks. The bar also offers seltzers, cocktails, wine and other non-alcoholic drinks for purchase.
- Front-of-Stage Viewing - direct access into the Peachtree Stage VIP viewing area
- Dining Options - VIP FOOD MENUS
- Air-conditioned restrooms
- Lockers and mobile device chargers available for purchase
- Comfortable lounge seating
- *NEW* this year: Dedicated Festival Merch pop-up in VIP! Skip the lines and shop right in your lounge
VIP at Piedmont Stage
Look for the VIP/Platinum entrance portal on the LEFT side if looking at the stage, at the rear of the stage. From the Peachtree VIP Lounge, you can follow the paved path directly to the Piedmont VIP Entrance. This space encompasses front-of-stage viewing, air-conditioned restrooms and a full-service bar. The bar offers complimentary beer (no substitutions), water, soda and energy drinks with seltzers, cocktails and other non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase.
VIP at Ponce de Leon Stage
Located on the RIGHT side of the Ponce de Leon Stage, look for your VIP/Platinum Entry portal along the right fence that is parallel to the lake. This space encompasses front-of-stage VIP viewing, air-conditioned restrooms and a full-service bar. The bar offers complimentary beer (no substitutions), water, soda, and energy drinks with seltzers, cocktails and other non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase.
VIEWING AREAS
As a VIP guest, you have access to some of the best views in the park. Please note that all viewing areas are subject to capacity limits and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Front-of-stage VIP Viewing areas are located just behind Platinum Viewing.
- Peachtree Stage — Front-of-stage — Accessible via the VIP Lounge, located on the RIGHT side if looking at stage
- Piedmont Stage — Front-of-stage, accessible from LEFT side if looking at the stage
- Ponce de Leon Stage — Front-of-stage, accessible from the RIGHT side if looking at the stage
