A few notes about the COVID-19 test result you send in for documentation:
- The test may not be from an at-home test.
- The test result must include your name, date, and positive result
You MUST request a refund by Sunday the 1st, at 12 PM ET.
Additionally, if you've had COVID-19, are still in the 5-day isolation window, you are also eligible for a refund. Please send us a copy of your positive COVID-19 test result, your order number and specific ticket details to contact.frontgatetickets.com.
If you’ve recently had Covid-19 and are now outside of the 5 day isolation window, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund. However, If you purchased a ticket and can no longer attend the festival, you can use Ticketmaster’s Verified Ticket Exchange to resell your tickets.
